Cosplay update, and back from Fuyucon!

Ok, first of all, ive finally gotten around to uploading pics of my Aspharr cosplay from last months ALcon and ReCons! hope you enjoy them ^^.

so yeah, im back from Fuyucon, or Firecon as we came to know it as. not a bad convention, the comittee did a good job with it, and on the whole, the convention itself was enjoyable. however, due to the presence of certain people at the con whom i really did not want to see, and a lot of my friends at the con giving me the cold shoulder, i spent a lot of the con alone and emoing out, so for that fact, it wasnt a great weekend. but i made the best of it, and debued a couple of new cosplays there - Nekozawa from Ouran High School Host club, which was done as a quick simple cosplay for a friend. and also Anderson from Hellsing. once i have found some decent pics from them, ill be uploading them :)

cosplay plans now? i have my halloween cosplay to finish, which will be Alex from Clockwork Orange. then i have Laguna from FFVIII for mid November, then a SeeD uniform from the same game for the grand cosplay ball end of november!

You can't say that you're friends were giving you the cold shoulder, fishy! You were sitting alone most of the time at discoes so i wasnt sure whether I should approach or not ;_;
And you did make it difficult for us trying to balance between you and she-who-must-not-be-named...

you and Luke were actually ok during the convention. the remark wasnt directed at you two, so im sorry if it seemed so.
though i am a little confused about what you said about making it difficult to balance? if i saw you with her, then i didnt come over, simple as. i dont want you to stop being her friends! she did nothing wrong, and im not angry or upset with her. in fact, i always told her to be honest with me about things, and she was. she did the right thing, and i dont want anyone to stop being her friend or think bad of her or her friends. the main issue is that its a very painful thing for me, and seeing her opened up the old wounds, and made me remember that yes, i am very much still alone. cutting her off was a self preservation thing. if id still been her friend, if would have killed me in the end.

Bummer that you didn't have much fun... is there a reason it was called Firecon? What did I tell you about burning things down, Fishy?

Ah! I kinda want to put together a dressy cosplay for masquerade balls. But I have yet to find one I'm particularly attached to... though I have seen people do 'ballgown' versions of a non-dressy costume.
